These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of satprofessor.com and the SAT Math course offered by SatProfessor ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or buying the course, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SatProfessor is an online educational program (video lessons, guides, and practice materials) that teaches SAT Math strategies. It is a digital product delivered online; there is no physical product.

2. No affiliation with the College Board

3. License to use the course

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own study. You may not share your login, copy, resell, record, distribute, or republish any part of the course. Doing so may result in loss of access without refund.

4. Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider. You agree to provide accurate payment information and that you are authorized to use the payment method (or have a parent/guardian do so if you are under 18).

5. Results disclaimer

Our materials are an educational tool. Scores depend on each student's effort, starting level, and exam-day factors. Example results and testimonials are real but are not promises of the score you will achieve. The only score promise we make is the specific 100-Point Guarantee, on the exact terms stated there.

6. Intellectual property

All course content, text, videos, designs, and branding are owned by SatProfessor and protected by law. Our practice questions are original works created to mirror the SAT format and are not reproductions of official College Board questions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SatProfessor is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

8. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or upload harmful content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms (for example, by sharing or pirating the course).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Effective date" shows the current version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
