Refund & 100-Point Guarantee Policy

We stand behind our program with a clear, fair guarantee. This policy explains exactly how it works and how to claim it.

1. The 100-Point Guarantee

If you complete the program and your official total SAT score (out of 1600) does not increase by at least 100 points, we will refund what you paid for the course.

Your "before" score is your most recent official SAT total before starting; your "after" score is your official SAT total on a test taken after completing the program.

2. Who is eligible

To qualify for a guarantee refund, all of the following must be true:

  1. You bought the course directly from satprofessor.com at the listed price.
  2. You completed the core program (worked through the main pattern modules and the Cheat Sheet) — this is a results guarantee, not a "didn't open it" refund.
  3. You took an official College Board SAT after completing the program.
  4. Your official score did not increase by at least 100 points (as defined in section 1).
  5. You request the refund within 30 days of receiving your "after" score report.

3. Proof required — before AND after score reports

To keep the guarantee fair to genuine students, you must send us both:

Both must be genuine official College Board reports showing the scores and test dates. If you have not taken an official SAT, or cannot provide both reports, we cannot verify the result and the guarantee cannot be applied. This protects honest students and keeps the promise real.

4. How to claim

  1. Email support@satprofessor.com with the subject "100-Point Guarantee Claim".
  2. Attach your before and after official score reports.
  3. Use the same name/email you bought with.

We review claims within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Because this is a digital product with immediate access, purchases are otherwise non-refundable except under the guarantee above. If you were charged in error or have a billing problem, contact us and we will make it right.
